2.1. Contact form

Sometimes you want to contact us and for that purpose a contact form is available on the website of Apparthotel Oranjestaete.

2.1.1. What data do we process and why?

We ask for your name, so that we know with whom we have contact. This makes a conversation pleasant and easy. We answer most questions by e-mail. So in order to send you an answer to your question, we need an e-mail address. If you prefer to contact us by phone, entering a phone number is optional. To be able to answer your question or respond to a comment, we ask you to enter a subject and to formulate a message in the contact form. This way we can prepare ourselves well and help you as efficiently as possible.

When you fill out the contact form and provide us with the above-mentioned data, you give us permission to use it for maintaining contact. We will not use the data you entrust to us through the contact form for any other purpose than to answer your question. Apparthotel Oranjestaete never sells personal data to third parties.

2.1.2. Where do we store your data and for how long?

When you fill out the contact form, you give us permission to store it in our mailbox (this is where completed contact forms arrive). After the communication ends, we keep your completed contact form in our mailbox for up to six months. If you want us to delete this data (earlier); please send us a request, and we will of course do so.

2.2. Bookings

It is possible to book an apartment or studio directly through our website. By clicking on 'Book now' you will be taken to the Hoteliers.com secure booking page. Here you go through the booking process step by step. This party handles our direct bookings and therefore we share your personal data with them. For additional information on Hoteliers.com's privacy policy, please review the website.

To fulfill our agreement, we would like to know from you when you want to book a room, how many rooms you want to book and how many people you are coming with. In order to register and confirm your booking, we then ask for your name and an e-mail address. We would also like to know your phone number so we can quickly contact you about your booking if necessary. We ask for your address details so we can register your booking. By clicking 'Confirm' you confirm your booking,

In the booking module of Hoteliers.com there is also the possibility to guarantee your studio or apartment. This is mandatory for guests who are not from the Netherlands. We want to guarantee the payment to prevent guests from not showing up on the day of their booking. We do this by blocking part of the amount on the guest's credit card. This guarantee is handled by Hoteliers.com.

For our convenience, you can also let us know what time you expect to arrive. Here you can also inform us of any special requests regarding your stay. Once you have done this and click on "Next", you can indicate whether you would like breakfast in your room, would like to reserve a parking space or would like extra people to sleep in your room. We ask these questions in order to provide you with the best possible service and to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

2.2.1. Newsletters and marketing communications

We may keep you informed about our newsletters and special offers. This is expressly applicable if you have agreed when making an online reservation or when checking in at our hotel.

2.2.2. Where do we store your data and how long do we keep it?
