Your Hotel Guide: What To Expect During Your Stay

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is possible from 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00 hours. Guests staying in our hotel can reach our frontdesk team 24/7.

Our guests can enter the hotel at any time with their room key, giving you complete freedom during your stay.

Do you expect to check in after 18:00? Please contact us in advance so that we can properly prepare your arrival. Here you will receive the check-in instructions from us afterwards.

Taxi

We recommend booking your taxi in advance, especially for trips to airports or during busy periods. This ensures that you are guaranteed transportation at your desired time. Feel free to inquire about reservation options upon arrival or during your stay.

In cooperation with Taxi de Waalsprong, we offer the following rates:
From/to Schiphol or Düsseldorf: €200,- (Taxi) | €250,- (Bus)
From/to Eindhoven Airport: €130,- (Taxi) | €170,- (Bus)
From/to Weeze Airport: €110,- (Taxi) | €150,- (Bus)
For trips within and around Nijmegen, the following rates apply based on the taximeter:

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

All studios and apartments are equipped with a luxurious, fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare your own breakfast, lunch and dinner. Just 100 metres away from the hotel, you will find a bakery and a large supermarket for your daily necessities. In addition, the area is rich in catering establishments, with numerous cozy breakfasts, lunch shops and restaurants where you can enjoy delicious meals.

For guests who prefer to have breakfast in their room, we offer a comprehensive breakfast service for €17,50 per person per day, where breakfast is served directly in your room. For business guests or early risers who want to have an early breakfast, we offer a special breakfast package ’to-go’, so you can start the day off right.

Bicycles

As an extra service, we provide free bicycles, which you can borrow based on availability. We would like to point out that reservations are unfortunately not possible.

Information about Extra Beds & Baby Cots

Baby Cots:
All our studios and apartments have space for a free baby cot (for children up to 3 years old).

Extra Folding Beds:
Most apartments and some studios can accommodate an extra folding bed for one person (subject to availability).

Sofa Beds:
Our apartments feature comfortable sofa beds, making them suitable for multiple guests.

Important Information
Extra beds must be requested in advance. Hotel Oranjestaete will review availability based on your request.

Booked for 3 or 4 guests?
If you’ve booked an apartment for 3 or 4 people, the sofa bed in the living room will be prepared before your arrival.

Housekeeping

We offer two different types of housekeeping:

Short-stay and Long-stay.

Short-stay: For stays of 5 days or less, the accommodation is cleaned daily and the beds are made daily.]
Long-stay: For stays longer than a week, the accommodation is thoroughly cleaned weekly and the beds are made daily. The linen is changed once a week. Additional towels are replaced if necessary and are always available upon request.

There we offer free wifi in the apartments, studios and common areas.
